I understand! I am aware of what other horror games have done by dividing their games in parts. However, After The Curtain Call will remain free in all of it's forms. It's just a project and a story I wanted to tell, not as a source of income.
I will divide it in parts, however, for better storytelling and because of the fact that I do want to make other things beside this, and I also have classes.
Excellent first chapter! The wire puzzles were frustrating but not impossible so beating them was satisfying. Extra content for finding all the books was a great reward for us as players. The color scheme and graphic style are a perfect fit for a horror game in a theatre. Lil Beef was so impressed, he wants to play your snow man game.

I am up for an act 2!! This was great! I loved the mystery and it made my brain wander with every clue I picked up. The puzzles & jumpscares were awesome too! I have high hopes for this.

It sure is inspired by Bendy! Not that much by My Friendly Neighbourhood, but you could say it is, since while I made this game I wanted it to fit in the "We are games about a source of entertainment but cursed", and yet make it a more classical approach. What better, after all, than drama?
I'm honestly impressed with how much this developer has improved since the first game I played (The Trees Holding Heaven). Everything from the voice acting to the variety of gameplay, it's all top tier. I can't wait for ACT 2. Well done, dev!
However, it may be important to note that The Trees Holding Heaven was made in two weeks and this was made in quite a few months. But nevertheless I do agree I have indeed improved in atmosphere and actual horror since that game.
Hope to improve further in my next games and in the Act 2!

I'm currently working in some other small horror games I want to finish, but I'll be back at this when I finish those. I already have part of Act 2 written, and I'm excited to keep working on it!

how many acts will there be
To be honest, I'm not sure! I know the story I want to tell, but dividing it is a bit difficult. Act 2 and Act 3 are mostly all thought trough, tough!

This is a pretty , solid horror game. Im unsure why a giant octopus is in the theater though? Looking forward to playing more though!
