I'm SirTartarus, the game developer behind After The Curtain Call!

If you are reading this, you either follow me because I know you (Hello there!) or because you want to know more about ATCC's development, acts and maybe even other projects. If that's the case, a lot of thanks, it really means a lot to have you here!

What I was saying... After The Curtain Call is divided in Acts, which has been controversial, since some other games (I don't think I have to mention them) have been said to use this as a money-making strategy.

AFTER THE CURTAIN CALL WILL BE FREE

Here are the reasons for having acts:

1. Storytelling is better, as each act has an opening play, the game itself, and then the Entremés.
2. Time it takes to make, since I have things to do other than making games, and having acts leaves me time within releases
3. I make games as a hobby. I don't want to force myself to work on the same thing for so much time. I can maybe make a side game or join a jam between chapters.

And about the last one, I am currently making a side project, which is almost finished.

So After The Curtain Call will continue, but please be patient, and understand my decision for using the chapter thingy.

Meanwhile, I will finish this project...
