I immediately went on a chopping spree and uncovered a path that i guess wasn't supposed to be revealed until later because i couldn't enter it or chop the tree there. But what can i do, i'm in a forest and i have an axe, i'm gonna chop things. Got the destructive tendencies and timber! achievments within 2 minutes. I was probably the scariest thing in this forest tbh. Although the second day i felt sorry for the trees when i found out they had feelings and wanted to stop. Cool game concept.
I really enjoyed this game, it was engaging and interesting the whole way through. Constantly had me on edge and thinking about where the narrative was going, many moments that caught me off guard. As a whole, I think this is a really solid game.
Had a lot of fun in this game, really creepy and unique atmosphere! Had so much fun, to the point I managed to glitch outside the map.....Cant wait for more stuff, from this dev. I really loved hunting for all the achievements, just to see what they did. There are some really weird ones.... 11/10
Really interesting game - a few events happening throughout makes you wonder what in the world is going on. Really enjoyed playing this, something unique and creative!
I played Bloodbark for my most recent YouTube video and it really gave me the SPOOKS! The concept is really great and it had me on edge the whole time! I especially enjoyed some of the (very real) facts about how plants defend themselves.
One of the most unique psychological horror experiences I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere is unsettling in all the right ways—and the secrets? Oh man, I live for a good secret hunt. I had a blast playing through this and fully plan to 100% it this weekend. The story is a wild ride, and as a bonus, the thumbnail I made for this ended up being one of my personal favorites. That’s always a win in my book, haha. Thanks for making this!
I'm having a problem with the marks. I've gotten 19, and I know you can get the 20th on the other side of the bloodbark sign on day 7, but no matter how many times I replay the game, the mark isn't there! Has it been moved?
I suppose it doesn't appear cuz you may have found it before, even if not realising it. Here's all of them in case there is a different one you haven't found!
1. Cabin Roof
2. Signal
3. One of the trees with ropes
4. Day 2, next to the third big rope
5. Inside the fireplace
6. Bean's favorite log
7. Backside of the cabin
8. Among the graffitis
9. Next to the journalist's van
10. Lake's rock-holding structure
11. On the tree in the path to the lake
12. On the lower part of the normal tree that falls on Day 4
13. Behind a tree in the new path of Day 4, behind the fence. A tree that is kind of inside the pathway
14. Behind the tree next to the leaf piles at the cabin
15. Next to the fence/rope you open on Day 2
16. On Day 2, behind a tree between the 2nd and 3rd rope
17. On the fence opened on Day 3
18. Next to the fence opened on Day 4, on of the tree next to the fence, the closest one even
19. Next to Googliel's cross on Day 3, where you felled the tree from Day 1

Hey Sir Tartarus,
I played Bloodbark for my most recent YouTube video and it really gave me the SPOOKS! The concept is really great and it had me on edge the whole time! I especially enjoyed some of the (very real) facts about how plants defend themselves.

My game stops after saying high demand and just freezes. But I love the concept and I am hoping it ends up working for me soon!
I suppose you have since you got to that part of the text, but just in case, did you press space?
I tried to press a few keys but i'm not 100% if it is one that I am pressing I will boot it up shortly to check and lyk tho!
I tried it that time and it worked thank you and my apologies for the stupidity (Overall 9/10 on this game)
Really good game!
Very strange and unique concept, and honestly left me with more questions when it was over. Would love to learn more about the world in game!

Any luck?
My mistake, I forgot! I'll check right away

i dont know who you are but thank you, i loved your game soo much, no spoilers but gen was such an interesting idea 😭❤️!!
Loved the game and the story. Also the environment was creepy to walk through. Only thing I would say is I wished it had full screen
There is fullscreen, you just have to press f1
Honestly this game was a lot of fun. You indie devs keep making games that resonate with audiences 100x more than what a AAA studio does.
keep grinding I want more from you guys! Simple but satisfying!
